RETURNS POLICY (Goods not 'on demand')

If your goods are faulty, under UK law you can claim a refund. Items must be returned within 28 days. After 28 days we make no guarantee that the item will last. The customer is always responsible for paying for the returns of goods if they choose to claim a refund. Please send back the items in their original packaging to Flat 1, 35 Pyle Close, KT15 2FF. Please contact us on and we can send you a returns form to include with the return.

All products printed on demand will be labelled as so on our website. This is a very common way of printing t-shirts, sweats, shorts and a variety of other products to avoid waste.

THEREFORE PLEASE PICK YOUR SIZES AND DESIGNS VERY CAREFULLY! As we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or the size is wrong.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
